Fair trade vanilla bean steeped, aged, and blended with a variety of NS apples. Spontaneous ferment on this small batch brings out subtle tropical notes and a full body. Notes of fresh tropical fruit and French vanilla ice cream on the nose. Finishes creamy and smooth with a long vanilla feel on the palate.
